We have searched the world over to bring you the finest cocoa creations from Belgium, Ecuador, and France, among other regions. Experience the ultimate palate sensory exploration through the versatility of chocolate and wine as you learn how to pair wine with a diverse range of flavors and textures in your own home. Wine and Chocolate Menu Chocolate & Wine Pairing #1 Velvety smooth & sweet white chocolate paired with a Moscatel (a fortified sweet wine with floral notes) Chocolate & Wine Pairing #2 30% Milk Chocolate (one of the best for creamy texture and noticeable chocolate notes that hold up to the sweet content of milk chocolate) paired with a Tawny Port which holds strong sweet fruit tones with a hint of oak from aging. Chocolate & Wine Pairing #3 60% Dark Chocolate from Belgium (well roasted cocoa beans give this semisweet chocolate a rich, lingering finish) paired with Pinot Noir to accent the earthy notes of the chocolate. Chocolate & Wine Pairing #4 72% Criollo Bittersweet Chocolate from Ecuador is amazing! Natural fruit notes of this criollo cocoa bean are paired with the bold notes of Zinfandel to showcase both the rich fruit and dry/bitter tannins. Chocolate & Wine Pairing #5 Garam Masala Dark Chocolate Bar is one of our creations that combines the wonderful spices of peppercorn, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, and star anise into dark chocolate. We pair this with a spicy Malbec which will burst with flavor in combination with this bar. Chocolate & Wine Pairing #6 Lavender Pistachio Bar is another of our creations which blends both the light floral notes of lavender from Provence with the savory aspect of salt roasted pistachios. About ACKC Once upon a time in a quaint confectionery shop in the bustling village of Alexandria, two men - Rob Kingsbury and Eric Nelson - stumbled upon a topic of conversation that would change their lives. Each had a passion for chocolate, a love of fine art, and an adoration of Hollywood divas. While discussing the truly esoteric subjects of Lucille Ball's chocolate-making ineptitude and totally inspired hair color, it hit them. They would combine their passions - Rob's passion as a chocolatier and Eric's passion as an artist - and open a chocolatier/cocoa bar and art gallery. And this magical place would honor Lucy with a cocoa drink named after her, a drink whose infusion of chipotle peppers and cinnamon would conjure her daring personality and fiery hair.
