Event Details

The snow has melted, the days are warmer—spring is right around the corner! For only $10, catch spring fever and indulge in a glass of complementary champagne as we bring together high fashion and the best of the club beats from around the world in the chic and elegant style of L2.

The International Club of DC returns to the exclusive L2 Lounge in Georgetown to present a special “Red and Black” fashion show from the Russian designer Evgenya Luzhina-Salazar. Get inspired to refresh your wardrobe or just sit back with a glass of champagne and take in fashion presentation of costumes and choreography. Socialize with other members and dance the night away to the sounds of international hits as our DJ spins into the night.

You will enjoy your time at one of  the most exclusive private clubs in Georgetown known for outstanding design, sound, audio visual effects, and refinement. All attendees must be 21 and over.

We kindly request that you NOT plan on driving after the event due to alcohol being served at the event. Please take public transportation or a cab so you can enjoy the evening. Please don't drink and drive.

The entrance to the alley that leads to Cady's Alley is off of the even numbered side of M Street NW Between 33rd Street NW and 34th Street NW.

How to get there: From the even-numbered side of M Street, between 33rd Street NW and 34th Street NW, take the stairs down to Cady's Alley. The entrance to the stairs that lead you to Cady's Alley  is next to the store "Waterworks" on M Street. L2 Lounge will be on your right at the end of the stairs.

About Evgenya Luzhina-Salazar
Evgenia Luzhina-Salazar was born in Moscow. She received a B.A. in Fine Art and Design from Moscow Art College in 1980. For five years, Evgenia served as the Resident Set and Costume Designer for the Moscow Chamber Forms Theater. There, she designed numerous productions, which were staged in Los Angeles and Moscow. In 1991 Evgenia came to the United States of America where she continues to exhibit her extensive experience in Art and Theatrical Set and Costumes Designs. Evgenia is an accomplish painter, using acrylics, she executes her art on canvas, eliciting fascination that lies with the intricate blend of color, light, and proportion that enhances the mood of the paintings. Evgenia was a Co-Founder and Set-Costume Designer for the Stanislavsky Theater Studio. She served as a Resident Set and Costume Designer for several theaters including, Moscow Chambers Forms Theater (Russia), The Heliotrope Theater (USA, CA), The Hallam Theater of Prince George’s Community College (MD), Classika-Synetic Theater (VA), The Stanislavsky Theater Production Studio (DC), Open Theater (MD), Silk Road Dance Company (MD), The Prince George’s Children Theater and the Teen Performance Ensemble (MD). Evgenia’s works have won critical acclaim in both local and national newspapers, on radio and television.
