Led by French pianist Didier Prossaird, the name sums up the band leaders attitude toward music. (Washington post-10/12/01-EricBrace) Sin Miedo is a truly international group that makes the Afro-Cuban rhythms of Salsa and Mambo jump into your bloodstream and move your hips around (Washington Flyer-10/02) The repertoire includes the Classic salsa hits from the 70s to today as well as Chacha Bolero and original music with a French twist. Because of its versatility, the band can switch from dance music to listening music with a large repertoire of Latin-Jazz. :::: ABOUT THE VENUE The exclusive rooftop of the Embassy Row Hilton Hotel just off Dupont Circle offers panoramic views of Washington DC as well as surrounding monuments.
