We invite you to an Indian cooking class followed by lunch at one of the most celebrated Indian restaurants in town. Learn about exotic spices and discover how easy it is to prepare an Indian meal at your own home. We will show you how to make a complete Indian meal including dessert. Following the cooking class, enjoy an Indian lunch with dessert while enjoying the company of other attendees. See photos from our previous Indian cooking class. Cooking Class & Lunch Menu CALAMARI Sautéed calamari with a hint of coconut and Lemon CHICKEN PASANDA a light chicken curry in a creamy almond sauce ALOO GOBI potatoes and cauliflower tossed in fresh herbs BHINDI MASALA Fresh okra sautéed with freshly ground spices KHEER a famous Indian Rice Pudding In addition to the above items, rice and Indian bread will also be included!     Tentative Agenda (Agenda is subject to change) 12:15 PM Check-in and socialize with other attendees.
