ACKC blends their signature chocolate flavors into cool, refreshing, “nothing better in the summer” diva ice creams. So, the mixologists at ACKC have prepared a delicious menu pairing for you to enjoy while sipping on a glass of wine. Starter: Champagne while socializing. Vanilla Menu: Enjoyed with a glass of white wine Lana Vanilla ice cream and white chocolate with cardamom & blueberry. Paired with our white chocolate toffee bar. Marilyn A white chocolate ice cream base with mint & oreo. This is paired with a chocolate bar of the same flavors. Watch out! You could get a brain freeze with this combo. Bette Milk chocolate ice cream with almond & coconut. We’ve paired this with our toasted coconut truffle. A “Joyful” experience. Judy Milk chocolate ice cream with hazelnut & rainbow sprinkles. Paired with our honey chipotle bar. Sweet and sassy. Chocolate Menu: Enjoyed with a glass of red wine Charo Chocolate ice cream with a swirl of caramel. Paired with our most popular confection; the fleur de sel caramel. Rita A little more playful combination of chocolate ice cream with caramel, orange, and clove. Paired with our garam masala bar. Lucy Move over Rita, this chocolate ice cream has chipotle peppers and cinnamon. We light your taste buds up by pairing this with our chipotle 5-spice bar. About ACKC Once upon a time in a quaint confectionery shop in the bustling village of Alexandria, two men - Rob Kingsbury and Eric Nelson - stumbled upon a topic of conversation that would change their lives. Each had a passion for chocolate, a love of fine art, and an adoration of Hollywood divas. While discussing the truly esoteric subjects of Lucille Ball's chocolate-making ineptitude and totally inspired hair color, it hit them. They would combine their passions - Rob's passion as a chocolatier and Eric's passion as an artist - and open a chocolatier/cocoa bar and art gallery. And this magical Tentative Agenda (Agenda is subject to change) 6:30 PM Check-in and socialize with other attendees. The Wine Tasting Class will start after you have the opportunity to meet and socialize with other attendees. Please make sure you arrive on time.
